Free Yoga Discovery Classes Available
ASPTT de Bourg-en-Bresse is offering a series of free energy yoga classes from March 20 to March 31, coinciding with International Women’s Rights Day. The classes are open to individuals of all ages and experience levels.
What is Energy Yoga?
This particular style of yoga is described as a very complete yoga that acts on the physical, energetic, psycho-emotional and spiritual levels.

Class Schedule & Registration
Classes will be held at the following times and locations:
- Fridays, March 20 & 27: 4:45 p.m. & 6:00 p.m., Bollard room
- Tuesdays, March 24 & 31: 9:00 a.m., dance hall; 12:15 p.m., Bollard room
Interested participants are required to contact Eric Trontin at 06 40 07 90 37 or eric.trontin1631@gmail.com to register for a class. Mats are available for loan if needed.
Participants should bring clothing that is free for movement, 1 mat (loan possible) and 1 bottle of water.
