Monistrol-sur-Loire Welcomes New Wellness Studio: Atma Studio Opens Doors
Monistrol-sur-Loire residents now have a new destination for wellness, as Atma Studio has officially opened its doors in the center of town. The studio offers a range of yoga classes and massage therapies.
A New Space for Mind and Body
The opening of Atma Studio marks the realization of a vision for Justine Da Silva, a yoga instructor since 2019 and an education assistant at Le Monteil college since 2024. After several months of renovations, the studio is now ready to serve the community.
Yoga Classes for All Levels
Atma Studio offers a diverse schedule of yoga classes, catering to various preferences and skill levels. The current class schedule includes:
- Monday: Yoga Vinyasa with Justine (7 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
- Tuesday: Yiga Yin&Yang with Justine (7 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
- Wednesday: Hatha Yoga with Caroline Vassal (7 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
- Thursday (starting April): Yoga Vinyasa with Justine (9 a.m. – 10 a.m.)
The studio also plans to introduce a Parents & Children Yoga workshop on a monthly basis.
