Canucks Place Brisebois on Waivers, Blues Move Fabbri
The Vancouver Canucks have placed defenseman Guillaume Brisebois on waivers Sunday for the purpose of assignment to the American Hockey League’s Abbotsford Canucks.
General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that D Guillaume Brisebois has been placed on waivers for the purpose of assignment to Abbotsford (AHL).

Brisebois, 28, has not appeared in any games this season at either the NHL or AHL level.
Brisebois’ NHL Career
Over 30 career NHL games, all with Vancouver, Brisebois has recorded one goal and two assists. He was originally drafted by the Canucks in the third round of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
Brisebois is currently under contract with the Canucks for the remainder of the 2025-26 season, carrying a cap hit of $775,000.
Blues Place Fabbri on Waivers
In a separate move, the St. Louis Blues placed veteran forward Robby Fabbri on waivers Sunday.

The move comes as the Blues activated forward Robert Thomas from injured reserve, necessitating a roster adjustment.
