Cherbourg’s New Yoga Initiative: Aligned.e

Introducing Aligned.e, a unique yoga initiative led by Camille Helard, now available in Cherbourg! With a distinctive focus on prenatal and postnatal yoga, this new studio is making waves in the city.

Pre & Postnatal Specialization

Camille, trained in Vinyasa Yoga and certified by Yoga Alliance, brings a specialized approach to pre and postnatal yoga. Her journey into teaching yoga began after facing burnout while working as an educator and nursery director. She decided to retrain and change careers, committing to yoga wholeheartedly.

After a period of reflection, I made the decision to train and begin this career change. I chose certified training, recognized by Yoga Alliance, to guarantee quality.
