Meet Lison Rochette, a dedicated yoga instructor who has recently brought her expertise to Boissières. With a background in the social sector and a passion for yoga, Lison aims to help her students achieve flexibility, muscle strength, and mental serenity through the practice of Hatha Yoga.

Lison’s Journey to Yoga Teaching
Lison discovered yoga a few years ago and, inspired by its benefits, decided to train as an instructor. She completed two years of training and is now sharing her knowledge with the community. As a mother of two and co-manager of a gîte, Bos du Nid, Lison plans to create a yoga studio in the near future.
Classes and Format
Currently, Lison teaches Hatha Yoga sessions in the seniors’ room provided by the municipality, under the Alti Yoga association. Her classes combine traditional yoga postures with breath control exercises, aimed at harmonizing body and mind.
