German tennis prodigy, Max Schoenhaus, has made headlines after securing a stunning victory in the ITF Junior Finals in Chengdu, China. The 18-year-old from Soest outclassed Romanian rival Yannick Theodor Alexandrescu 6-0, 6-2 in the championship match on Sunday morning.

Schoenhaus’ victorious march to the final included a dominant group stage performance. He secured his place in the semi-finals with two wins and a single defeat.
