At the ‘Barbican Apartment’ space, visitors are impressed by the ‘Good Morning Routine’ and ‘Good Evening Routine’. These automatic sequences, initiated via the SmartThings app, control curtains, lights, smart TVs, and even pet care features.

• Good Morning Routine: Opens curtains, turns on lights, and displays weather and schedules on the smart TV.
• Good Evening Routine: Turns off appliances, closes blinds, and monitors pets.

Other innovative features include AI-based fridge recommendations, real-time CCTV monitoring, and even tracking pet activity.
