Turkey Creates History in Basketball at EYOF 2025

The 18th European Youth Olympic Summer Festival (EYOF 2025) brought great joy to Turkish sports fans as the Men’s Basketball National Team under the age of 16 wrote history. Competing in Skopje, North Macedonia, the young Turks demonstrated their prowess, clinching the gold medal with an impressive performance.

The U16 team faced Serbia in the semifinals and emerged victorious with a score of 98-82. This win secured them a place in the finals against France. In the championship match, the Turkish team displayed their superiority right from the start.
