In an inspiring display of talent and determination, former Hazleton Area basketball star Lacie Kringe showcased her talent by scoring a personal-best 25 points, leading the East Stroudsburg University basketball team in a convincing 74-62 win over Lincoln.
The talented sophomore guard was on fire, hitting 9 of 16 attempts from the field, including a solid 3 of 9 from behind the three-point line. Kringe also converted 4 of his 8 free throw attempts, adding to his impact on the game. Beyond his points scored, he contributed a lot with six assists and two rebounds, proving his versatile ability on the court.
In contrast, Kringe’s previous outing against Jefferson saw him dish out seven assists, average three points and two rebounds in a 69-58 loss to the Warriors.
